Miguel Rivas Ceramics Exhibition: ‘Terra de Foc’
The exhibition Terra de foc, by Miguel Rivas, sits between artistic and sculptural ceramics, combining traditional techniques with a contemporary perspective. Each work is born from the observation of nature, the body, and movement, and seeks to express the human imprint on matter.
This exhibition marks the starting point of a new space at Musubu: the ceramic creation workshop. A space dedicated to exploring form, matter, and fire; a place where ceramics becomes its own language through clay, hands, and time. In the workshop, practice will be a process of discovery: from hand modeling to experimental finishes with glazes, slips, and oxides. Fire culminates the transformation, turning the ephemeral into the permanent.
We offer personalized courses, short residencies, and support for sculptural projects. Our intention is to share not only a technique, but also a way of seeing and approaching ceramics as a path toward the essential.
