Bonsai Workshop with Xavier Redón
Xavier Redón’s bonsai workshop at Musubu offers participatory, sensitive, and hands-on training in this ancient, living art. Through care, pruning, and observation, bonsai becomes an exercise in patience, balance, and a dialogue with time.
Bonsai care is a practice that transcends technique. It involves observation, consistency, and an attentive relationship with nature’s rhythm. Through watering, pruning, and maintenance, bonsai invites you to develop patience, sensitivity, and respect for time, becoming an experience of continuous learning and a deep connection between the person and the tree.
This is a participatory workshop, so you’ll need to bring any bonsai you have at home so we can discuss them and learn from them.
An experience to learn by doing and to cultivate mindfulness.
