テカ&ヴィ [te] [ka] & [bi]. Izakaya Nights at Musubu, Friday 13 November
Izakaya Nights at Musubu: on Fridays in November, we’re preparing a dinner of dishes inspired by izakayas, the Japanese taverns where small plates are shared with sake, and by robata, the Japanese charcoal grill. Paired with natural wine and sake.
It’s a set menu, with a fixed part and another that changes according to the market, especially the fish. Warm, informal atmosphere, to enjoy without rushing.
November menu
- Sashimi and marinated seasonal wild fish, according to market availability (for example, kombujime horse mackerel, shime saba mackerel, or tuna tartare)
- Chestnut, mushroom, and ikura chawanmushi
- Chashu croquette
- Miso eggplant
- Grilled market fish shio yaki
- Roasted pumpkin ravioli with strawberries and kimchi
- Shio koji–aged beef sirloin
- Annin dofu (almond “tofu”) with persimmon
